The conference theme is:\u00a0<b>Embracing Relentless Change: Information Literacy and Lifelong Learning in a Digital Age<\/b>. The conference organizers are The County and University Library of Bihac (Bosnia and Herzegovina), Limerick Institute of Technology (Ireland) and University of Bihac (Bosnia and Herzegovina).
